SR just posted a new teaser for Book 3 on Twitter, and it's generating a lot of conversation (and worry!) Here's what he tweeted:
"She couldn’t help trembling at the tone of his voice, but she did what he asked. She could hear Gabriel’s sure footsteps."
What do you think? What does this mean? Is it good or bad?

TBH, I'm kind of worried. I'm thinking that "he" isn't the Professor, since the Professor is named in the second sentence. I hope nothing bad is happening...

I'm wondering if she is even Julia. But that's where my evil Cran brain takes me on these things. It's so much fun to have something to ponder.
Has to be Simon he probably wants revenge for gabriel beating the crap out if him. He pobably broke into the.house has Julia and us waiting for gabriel to come home
Have to say I have Simon The Slug *thwack* in the frame but maybe he's too obvious a suspect? Oh, SR's Machiavellian mind has us guessing! I love a bit of angst though, and would love to see G firing on angry/sexy cylinders ;)
This is my analysis of this post:
Gabriel is out of town at a conference.
Simon because of good behavior and connections is out of jail.
Gabriel and Julia are easy to find because of Gabriel’s position at the university.
He stalks Boston and when he finds out G is out of town he STRIKES!!!
But Gabriel being the romantic he is, really is not at a conference but planning a romantic evening because it is the anniversary of their first date! So when he comes home that evening to surprise Julia he finds Simon in their home and kills him!

No Jail for G because it was self-defense!!! Simon came at him with a knife! G did what he had to do to protect his wife and himself…
Thinking about it more, I'm wondering if it's someone from Gabriel's past. Assuming he and Julia are still living in Boston, he may have some unpaid debts there (even though his parents supposedly took care of those), or there may be people there from his days of drug use who want to get back at him for something. I hope not...
I still say it has to be Simon. I dont think we saw the last if him. Especially being a Senators son
